Delivery
All your orders are sent through DHL.
All orders will be sent as soon as possible (after we have received
your payment). We can only send the complete order as long as we can earn from it.
If you order 10 times 1 liter vinegar we will loose money on it so we will not send that kind of orders
or we will adjust it.
Of course the time of delivery depends on the country
where we have to send the order. We try to deliver all orders within 5
working days.
In our web shop there is a standard-fee for the further countries like France and Italy etc.
but if you order we will pack the parcel and send it for the lowest possible price.
After you received the package we will credit the remaining balance to your account.
During the transport we will inform you about your delivery through
"track-and-trace".
If a product is out of stock, you can choose to cancel your order or
to choose an other product.
Prices
All prices mentioned on the site include VAT. If a wrong price is
mentioned at the site, we will contact you to find the best solution.
Returns
Returns of the products you ordered can be done within 7 days after
you have received the products. An important condition is that the
product (or products) is still in the original packing and without
damage. The forwarding-charges for the return have to be paid by the
client (you).

Delivery-fee per country
The delivery-fee is based on the amount of your order. For each 150
euro on ordered products you have to pay one unit of delivery-fee. In
the following table you can read how much you have to pay per unit.
